We ordered a car to go to dinner with our kids and grandchild in a carseat! We had Robert and he did not disappoint. The vehicles are clean, the customer service was stellar, and Robert was an absolute joy. We even took a little detour on our way home down Worth Ave. At our request.
The kids were full of questions and Robert interacted and was so pleasant. He even pulled over so we could change a diaper WITH A SMILE AND A GIGGLE.
Robert gave us recommendations while we are here and I express enough gratitude for his top notch customer service. We were comfortable and treated like family. He gave us his cell to call in case we needed to change times because of the baby. Who does that??

Wow, compared to the multiple other companies I called to find a car, this place has fantastic customer service and very good prices with flexibility in the ride options. We had a great experience from the first call. The manager was super on the phone, and booked us a very reasonable fare with different drop-off and pick-up locations-- two one-way rides from Palm Beach Shores to Miami to see a concert. Not every service will do that. Our driver, was classy, patient, helpful and an excellent driver. The manager had quick replies to my text messages and requests for a cooler, ice, and glasses. The beautiful black Escalade SUV was super clean, supplied with water and breath-freshening gum, with wifi to allow us to blast our own music...everything was perfect. At the end of the concert, one quick text to driver and he was right there to pick us up. One hundred percent satisfied!
